Key Responsibilities

  • •Support CAMO and maintenance staff in Fleet Technical Management, including performance reviews, requests analysis, reporting, and implementing corrective measures.
  • •Participate in training programs with Air Arabia Training Manager and Line Manager; learn to conduct root-cause analyses under supervision.
  • •Assist in maintenance planning and execution, including base/line tasks, documentation, and handover to ensure work is certified and recorded per regulations.
  • •Analyze technical performance data to identify trends, suggest proactive modifications, and support TPM activities.
  • •Collaborate with Engineers and Technicians to ensure safe, timely maintenance while minimizing operational delays.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Aircraft Engineering/ Electro-Mechanical/Aeronautical or equivalent (LAE). Alternately a higher diploma or certificate in the related field with needed experience and exposure.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office, MRO systems and web search.
  • •Very good written and verbal English language skills.
  • •2-5 years in a university with a specialization in Aviation (for experience consideration).
  • •Strong communication skills and a focused, detail-oriented mindset.
