Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify inefficiencies and friction points across product development, launch, and operations, and develop solutions to optimize processes.
  • •Provide program management support for standard and AI-driven workstreams, including resource accountability across headcount and budget assets.
  • •Own the product org’s tooling/tech stack (e.g., Jira, Claude, Tableau) to ensure visibility and maintain data accuracy and hygiene.
  • •Partner with senior leaders and teams (product, engineering, design, business) to remove roadblocks, drive alignment, and support operational readiness for launches.
  • •Define and track KPIs, perform root cause analysis, and build reporting/analytics to improve product operations and inform decisions.

Key Requirements
