Job Summary

Deliver high-value Industrial Advisory consulting projects, helping clients navigate uncertainty and improve industrial operations. Apply Lean and Six Sigma/process optimisation methods to analyze problems and translate findings into practical recommendations. Build client relationships and contribute to value propositions, proposals, and thought leadership. Support delivery against quality, cost, and schedule, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and coach junior team members within the Industrial Advisory capability.

•Independently manage medium-complexity projects from planning through delivery.
•Deliver measurable outcomes in process optimisation or industrial environments.

•Provide guidance, coaching and support to junior team members while contributing to business development activities (proposals and thought leadership).

Key Requirements

•Background in manufacturing, industrial engineering, process improvement, or related operational environments.
•Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
•Demonstrated ability to analyse complex problems and develop practical, value-driven solutions.
•Experience working within or alongside highly regulated industries (e.g. defence, aviation, nuclear, infrastructure, manufacturing).
•Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
