Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Build lasting client relationships through product expertise and fashion advice, drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and support daily store operations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases, while maintaining service standards and supporting inventory and visual merchandising.
