•Lead end-to-end design for complex web and mobile products from concept and discovery through delivery.
•Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; balance usability, scalability, accessibility, and visual consistency.
•Contribute to the design system and UI standards, identify reusable component opportunities with Engineering, and present concepts to stakeholders and executive audiences.
