Provide L3 production support and development-level expertise for MuleSoft integration platforms in a banking environment. Serve as the final escalation point for complex incidents with deep root-cause analysis and permanent fixes. Implement enhancements in Mule 4 flows/subflows using DataWeave, API performance tuning, and error-handling patterns. Support MuleSoft IDP solutions (OCR, classification/extraction, performance) and manage deployments across Mule runtimes with ITIL-aligned operational excellence and 24x7 rotational on-call.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the L3 escalation point for complex MuleSoft production issues, performing deep root-cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes.
•Troubleshoot complex Mule flows/orchestration, DataWeave transformations, API performance/scalability, and JVM memory/threading issues.
•Develop Mule 4 flows/subflows and DataWeave scripts, including error handling and retry mechanisms; implement code-level fixes and enhancements.
•Provide advanced support and enhancements for MuleSoft IDP solutions, resolving issues in OCR accuracy, classification/extraction failures, and performance/scalability.
•Manage deployments across CloudHub/Runtime Fabric/on-prem Mule runtimes, configure API Manager policies and security, and handle 24x7 rotational on-call with ITIL-aligned problem management and documentation.

Key Requirements

•4–8 years of IT experience with strong MuleSoft L3 support and development expertise.
•Deep hands-on experience with Mule 4 and DataWeave 2.x.
•Strong MuleSoft Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) support experience.
•Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and production troubleshooting.
•Good understanding of Linux/Unix, networking, and JVM concepts; ability to handle P1/P2 incidents and mentor junior engineers.
