Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute alignment programs across the network to standardize BKMs and improve efficiency, speed, quality, and cost.
  • •Lead global area and TPM core alignment teams to address chronic issues, close area-level alignment project gaps, and define metrics for success.
  • •Train, coach, and mentor OCT TPM core teams, ensure certification to step standards, and consolidate BKMs monthly for assignment to appropriate teams.
  • •Partner on SEAL standardized systems deployment and sustainment by running real-time assessments, conducting audits, and driving gap closures.
  • •Attend alignment meetings, update stakeholders on daily plans and monthly progress, and provide recommendations through risk assessment forums while supporting safety and quality commitments.

Key Requirements

  • •Develop and implement alignment programs with TPM core and task force teams to drive BKM alignment and network standardization.
  • •Identify and drive improvements in tool utilization to meet BIC standards, including shutdown practices and resolution of tool POR-MOR gaps.
  • •Execute early-stage transfer alignment (ESTA) to drive BKM sharing, process recipe alignment, and improvements in machine mismatch and defect performance.
  • •Lead alignment efforts to improve PM procedures, shared workstations, post-maintenance qualifications, scrap reduction, and GDM recurrence prevention.
  • •Apply AI-enabled tools responsibly for research, analysis, problem-solving, and operational tasks, while maintaining safety knowledge for the equipment and area materials.
