Build and evolve mobile repayment experiences that make loan repayment more reliable and transparent for millions of consumers. •Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics across the product development lifecycle by articulating technical constraints and partnering on risk-aware trade-offs.
•Identify and advocate for project, process, technology, or business issues, and lead in solving them.
•Create and monitor metrics to support operations and availability of team artifacts, escalate when needed, and participate in on-call efforts.
•Set and improve code review and design standards, advocate beyond the team through writing and tech talks, and provide feedback and guidance to develop talent.

•Experience making significant changes in a large codebase and building tools/practices that enable safe delivery.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with a global engineering team.
