Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with customers to understand their technical environment, business processes, and AI workflows, then design and build tailored solutions.
  • •Build and deploy AI-powered workflows, MCP-based automations, and intelligent features, considering integrations such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, NetSuite, and billing platforms.
  • •Leverage LLM/AI with APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines to deliver automated capabilities.
  • •Lead technical AI sessions by reviewing requirements, demoing solutions, helping build agents, and training users on best practices.
  • •Monitor post-go-live performance and drive continuous improvement while surfacing feedback patterns and edge cases to Product and Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •3–4+ years in hands-on implementation roles (e.g., Solution Expert or Implementation Manager), including at least 1 year implementing and building MCP-based agents and skills.
  • •Strong understanding of MCP architecture and implementation.
  • •Hands-on experience building AI agents and skills using tools such as Claude and Copilot.
  • •Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms like Zapier, Make, and n8n, plus the ability to build custom code-based solutions.
  • •In-depth knowledge of CRM/ERP/billing systems (Salesforce/HubSpot/Dynamics, ERP, and billing tools) and strong communication in English.
