Key Responsibilities

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 200 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Be a Staff/Principal-level engineer (or equivalent experience).
  • •Have strong experience in either TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
  • •Have hands-on experience using OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, and/or Cursor.
  • •Be able to make subjective but rigorous judgments about code quality and explanations without fully executing or reviewing every line.
  • •Be comfortable giving direct, opinionated feedback and maintaining a high bar for “good engineering.”
