Funds & Banking Associate I

Handle client inquiries for asset and cash transfers through calls, chats, and email, ensuring timely resolution to agreed service levels. Coordinate with back-office teams to address securities and global custody questions, including follow-up on pending transfers, settlements, and breaks. Support day-to-day settlement operations, provide clarifications on settlement completion, and maintain strong client satisfaction through continuous improvement and efficient processes.
