Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve client inquiries for asset and cash transfers via calls, chats, and email.
  • •Work with back-office teams to manage and resolve securities-related queries for clients globally.
  • •Perform systematic follow-up to resolve pending transfers/settlements, differences, and breaks.
  • •Support settlement day-to-day transactional business for Securities/Global Custody operations.
  • •Ensure query resolution to completion within agreed service levels and maintain client satisfaction.

Key Requirements
