Job Summary

Drive AI infrastructure solution architecture for Kubernetes networking and application delivery, partnering daily with a Principal Account Executive to qualify opportunities and win complex deals. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to CTOs, chief architects, and platform engineering leaders, leading architecture workshops, deep technical discovery, and PoCs in high-throughput environments. Leverage BGP/EVPN/VXLAN, Multus, and NVIDIA hardware acceleration (including BlueField DPU and DOCA) to maximize GPU utilization and guide adoption at scale.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Lead AI infrastructure architecture by driving architecture strategy and solution design for enterprise Kubernetes, high-performance networking, and AI workload ingress/egress initiatives.
•Co-lead the sales team by partnering with a Principal Account Executive to qualify opportunities, develop technical win strategies, and align capabilities to executive business cases.
•Act as a trusted technical advisor by engaging directly with CTOs, Chief Architects, and Platform Engineering leaders at hyper-scale Neoclouds and AI Native companies.
•Execute technical validation through architecture workshops, demonstrations, deep-dive technical discovery, and complex Proof of Concepts (PoCs) in high-throughput environments.
•Master AI stack solutioning by leveraging advanced networking and NVIDIA hardware acceleration to maximize GPU utilization and reclaim host CPU; develop reusable reference architectures and best practices for DPU-resident service layers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 221,800 - 332,600 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related customer-facing technical roles.
•Deep, hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, container orchestration, cloud-native networking (CNIs), and application delivery.
•Experience architecting massive-scale cloud infrastructure, particularly in high-performance computing (HPC) or AI data center environments.
•Advanced understanding of Layer 2-7 networking (BGP, EVPN, VXLAN) and hardware acceleration (SmartNICs, DPUs such as NVIDIA BlueField).
•Proven ability to engage, challenge, and influence elite technical stakeholders; strong communication and consultative problem-solving skills.
