Job Summary

Provide remote service and technical support for Trane National Accounts and Remote Resolution Center customers. Monitor, diagnose, and repair building automation systems remotely, including performing remote maintenance and programming of HVAC control systems. Use HVAC mechanical and control-system knowledge to adjust and troubleshoot equipment, respond to alarms and customer requests, and document all work using defined procedures. Deliver training and follow-up support as needed.

Key Requirements

•Associates degree (two-year) or equivalent, or 5 years’ experience in building automation systems; 2 years minimum working with building automation systems.

•Ability to interpret Trane custom programming (TGP2).
•Ability to meet short- and long-term deadlines and work dependably.
•Ability to communicate effectively with customers and personnel (written and orally).
