Job Summary

Manage multiple concurrent projects within a Medicaid MMIS modernization program, supporting cutover to a cloud environment with major enhancements. Own cohort project health, quality, schedules, milestones, and deliverables, serving as primary point of contact for vendor/cohort partners. Oversee daily vendor/cohort activities, perform deliverable reviews, manage risks/issues, and contribute to program and integrated project plans using the organization’s PM methodology.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary point of contact for the vendor/cohort project and manage cohort project health, quality, and delivery.
•Ensure all phases of the vendor/cohort project are on time by maintaining assignments, schedules, and performance of project team members.
•Develop and maintain project schedules while monitoring milestones and deliverables.
•Identify, manage, and report project risks and issues; assess mitigation effectiveness.
•Prepare or contribute to status reports and agendas for recurring meetings, and support program/ integrated project plan execution.

Key Requirements

•8+ years running multiple concurrent projects.
•6+ years of Medicaid systems or operations project management experience.
•4+ years of experience managing projects in your assigned area.
•3–5 years of experience managing multi-vendor projects.
•3–5 years of strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Project.
