Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the go-to logistics solution expert for FBT merchants by identifying and resolving pain points across inbound, inventory planning, IBR creation, and first-mile logistics.
•Lead merchant qualification assessment, SOP communication, and scaled rollout for special-category logistics solutions such as Aerosols, Large & Bulky, and Multi-FC virtual bundling.
•Drive merchant-side adoption of FBT value-added services (e.g., Dekitting, Market Inserts, Packaging Customization, Kitting, Mystery Bundles) by scoping demand and partnering with operations.
•Lead competitive rate benchmarking and develop data-backed pricing recommendations to influence Rate Card design with Strategy and Procurement partners.
•Analyze merchant logistics feedback, perform root cause analysis, and translate findings into actionable proposals; also support sales enablement and campaign eligibility management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years of experience in e-commerce logistics, supply chain, or merchant operations.
•Strong foundation in e-commerce logistics including inbound operations, inventory management, first-mile logistics, last-mile delivery, and platform fulfillment policies.
•Strong data acuity to diagnose issues, model targets, and quantify solutions using business data.
•Excellent merchant communication and problem-solving skills to translate complex logistics logic into clear, merchant-friendly language.
•Preferred experience with platform logistics operations or merchant support; background in special-category logistics compliance, SOP design, or VAS rollout; and competitive rate benchmarking or rate card design experience.
