Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic customer advisory and support customers around GPS Client Connectivity, Electronic Banking, and related payment services.
  • •Plan and coordinate complex local and international implementations in the customer environment, coordinating relevant workstreams.
  • •Steer projects independently in virtual cross-functional teams from kick-off and governance/status reporting to smooth handover to operations.
  • •Manage scope, timeline, resources, risks, and dependencies, including escalation management to meet time-to-revenue and customer expectations.
  • •Coordinate testing on both customer and bank sides through to go-live readiness, working closely with internal stakeholders across coverage, sales, service, product, operations, and IT/tech.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed banking-related training and/or a degree (e.g., business/economics or business informatics) or equivalent qualification.
  • •Strong knowledge of payments/Cash Management and ideally Electronic Banking/Connectivity (interfaces, formats, test approach).
  • •Understanding of customer needs in areas such as Treasury and financial accounting.
  • •Proven experience structuring and steering complex implementation/project initiatives.
  • •Independent, reliable, and detail- and analysis-oriented working style with strong communication; very good English and confidence with MS Office (PM tools a plus).
