Production Supervisor - 3rd shift - Bakery

Lead the production team at a Conagra bakery manufacturing plant, reporting to the Production Manager. Monitor quality, productivity, and cost standards; drive gap analysis and action plans; and ensure employees have the resources and training to meet responsibilities. Troubleshoot production bottlenecks using root cause analysis, enforce plant procedures, and support safety programs. This role works the third shift (Sunday–Friday, ~10:30pm–7:30am) and manages production to maintain schedules.
