•Lead deep customer discovery and system mapping across enterprise finance, compliance, and audit workflows, including dependency structures and approval gates.
•Synthesize fragmented user signals into structured problem definitions and product-market hypotheses tied to repeatable value and business impact.
•Collaborate with design and engineering to prototype and validate low- and high-fidelity concepts, establishing MVP boundaries and validation timelines.
•Define agentic experience paradigms for human-in-the-loop transparency, enabling users to audit, verify, and approve probabilistic AI recommendations.
•Set agent boundary and security governance via permission-aware access policies and ensure auditability; drive KPIs and evidence-driven retrospectives.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in product management (or closely related technical product-building), or 4+ years with an advanced degree.
•Experience managing B2B SaaS applications, enterprise workflow automation, data-intensive products, or corporate business tools.
•Strong understanding of applied AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop design patterns.
•Ability to translate ambiguous, unstructured user pain points into structured technical requirement documentation, validation roadmaps, and testable hypotheses.
