Process Technician III

Prepare wafers for experimentation, operate reactors for thin film processes, and use scanning electron microscopes (SEM) to perform analyses and imaging. Record process conditions and observations, optimize sample preparation, and evaluate wafers and thin films. Support throughput by coordinating with requestors, vendors, and maintenance, including instrument repair scheduling and routine shut down/start up procedures for experiments.
