Handle fault isolation, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and execute network changes, migrations, upgrades, and installations. Manage incidents and service requests within SLA using ITIL processes, escalate to Level 3/vendors with documentation, and maintain runbooks, diagrams, and ticket records.
