Job Summary

Own product strategy and commercialization for Credit and Consumer solutions across the UK & I. Act as a subject matter expert and support sales with client-facing collateral to drive product penetration and revenue. Launch and scale affluent propositions, grow and improve consumer credit portfolios, and develop new lending propositions with issuers and lenders. Lead client engagements, manage sales pipelines against P&L targets, and contribute to Visa 2030 roadmaps through client-led sprints.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as subject matter expert and specialized sales support across Visa’s Credit and Consumer solutions to enable rapid product penetration and revenue growth.
•Support mid- and long-term commercialisation for all Credit and Consumer solutions in UK & I, including early ideation and concept-stage initiatives and end-to-end client solution proposals.
•Launch and scale enhanced affluent propositions and drive engagement and spend uplift across mass, HNW, and UHNW segments.
•Drive critical client engagements across the sales and commercialisation cycle, manage sales opportunity pipeline, and work with VAS and AEs to drive deals to closure.
•Contribute to Visa 2030 strategy via client-led sprints, providing feedback into regional/global roadmaps and adapting to evolving team needs.

Key Requirements

•Seasoned product leader with Credit/Lending experience in technology or financial services roles.
•Experience managing and growing credit portfolios in an issuing institution, including affluent segments, lending value-chain understanding, and underwriting/credit management end to end.
•Strong commercial acumen and data fluency, with deep understanding of Credit P&L KPIs and credit/lending market trends.
•Ability to transpose business, financial, and technical understanding into market inputs, leading to commercial and revenue opportunities.
•Comfortable with iterative and continuous change, driving impact through commercial and technical challenges with urgency.
