Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a resource for initiatives and project teams related to investment product and process development, including business rules analysis and service delivery.
  • •Apply developing knowledge of investment products and technology applications to help identify routine issues, perform basic analysis, and support process improvement.
  • •Provide input for business solution recommendations and support implementation to meet member and/or business needs.
  • •Research and administer rules, requirements, procedures, contracts, and processes to ensure compliance and adherence to investment operations standards.
  • •Support testing by partnering with process owners to develop test strategies and criteria, assist with test execution, and help prioritize and resolve defects.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university and planning to graduate after the final day of the internship.
  • •Majoring in Business Management, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, or Risk Management.
  • •Graduation date between August 2027 and June 2028 (cannot be prior to August 13, 2027).
  • •Developing analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Basic proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft systems.
