Job Summary

Join an early career Field Engineering program designed for recent engineering graduates to build real field experience with customers. In this role, you’ll coordinate crew tool/service deployment, solve technical problems hands-on at job sites, manage equipment/documentation for inbound and outbound logistics, support tenders with analysis and cost estimates, and grow through job shadowing across operations and customer teams over an approximately 36-month program.

•Provide support for tenders, including data analysis and cost estimates, and perform invoicing activities.
•Participate in job shadowing opportunities to develop a holistic understanding of the business.

Key Requirements

•Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (all fields), Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or similar within the last 36 months.
•Achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
•Be fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
•Applicant must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will not need employment sponsorship now or in the future.
•Demonstrate good leadership, critical thinking, numerical skills, data analysis, and project management abilities.
