Key Responsibilities

  • •Remove waste to designated bins and maintain the production line and area in a clean environment.
  • •Perform daily operational cleaning, including rinsing lines between breaks/lunches and as needed to avoid cross contamination.
  • •Minimize overspray using controlled water usage; ensure motors/electrical panels/plugs are properly covered during cleaning.
  • •Disassemble/assemble equipment for cleaning, store parts properly, and ensure hoses are stored after use.
  • •Follow lockout/tagout, operate sanitation equipment controls, report malfunctions/hazards, and ensure sanitation equipment is cleaned and stored.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be able to communicate, read, and write English (bilingual preferred).
  • •Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and be able to stand, reach, and climb steps/stairs occasionally.
  • •Understand and follow sanitation and operating procedures, including safe use/storage of cleaning chemicals and correct PPE.
  • •Understand and can demonstrate workable knowledge of chemical usage/cleaning.
  • •Works with minimum supervision and meets production line/quality demands; evaluation occurs within the first 100 hours.
