Lead Quality Specialist – Manufacturing Improvement (Black Belt)

Lead Lean and manufacturing improvement initiatives by driving Lean methods, kaizen events, and value-stream improvements across the plant. Manage medium-scale improvement projects and support major transformations while coaching leaders and teams on Lean principles, visual management, and structured problem-solving. Build CI capability through Gemba coaching, CI training, and simulations, and mentor Green Belts and Black Belts using Lean and Six Sigma tools to deliver measurable KPI impact.
