Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests, scan tickets on entry, answer questions, and help guests locate seats during events.
•Assist in keeping the venue safe, clean, and presentable for guests.
•Resolve guest complaints or problems and help with guests’ special needs, including seat accommodations.
•Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity and may help verify staff credentials for restricted areas.
•Guide guests to exits or provide instructions during emergencies; support recycling/sustainability and end-of-show closeout tasks as requested.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
•At least 1+ year in a guest service role is preferred.
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
•Ability to constantly walk, climb stairs, and occasionally sit, lift, and carry 25 lbs.+.
