Job Summary

Lead production by coaching, training, and developing a team of licensed retail bankers while managing a client book with more complex financial profiles. Drive sales of securities products and achieve targeted securities fee income goals across your assigned territory. Conduct solo and joint client appointments, run follow-ups to grow referrals, and coordinate internal reporting and daily execution. Maintain deep knowledge of investment products and deliver internal/external seminars to support business development.

•Coach, train, and develop a team of licensed retail bankers; may handle a larger, more complex client book.

•Plan and conduct individual and group coaching sessions; delegate tasks and ensure follow-through.
•Conduct solo and joint client meetings to review accounts, close sales, and identify potential clients.
•Provide post-appointment follow-up, manage sales planning and internal reporting, and conduct internal/external seminars for business development.

Key Requirements

•Prior brokerage industry experience.
•Hold Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65) and appropriate state-required insurance licenses (variable annuity license required).
•Ability to motivate others and perform in a team environment.
