Operations Account Manager

Own day-to-day customer account management as the lead point of contact, building long-lasting relationships across purchasing, technical, and logistics teams. Understand contract requirements, support pricing and quotation responses, and defend pricing internally and externally. Forecast and track key account metrics, raise and manage change requests, and ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned to customer objectives.
