  • •Lead the continual design and implementation of a scalable, global HR technology ecosystem for employee experience and operational excellence.
  • •Provide strategic input into the HR technology roadmap and execution in partnership with Employee Experience and other stakeholders.
  • •Build, lead, and inspire a team of HRIS analysts and HR technology professionals.
  • •Drive enhancements to HR processes to support scalability, automation, and continuous improvement across the function.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10-12+ years of progressive experience in HR Technology with a strong leadership track record.
  • •Deep understanding of global HR systems, processes, and data governance.
  • •Proven ability to manage end-to-end HR technology projects (requirements gathering through UAT and deployment).
  • •Experience supporting data integrity, security, and compliance across HR platforms (partnering with Data & Analytics).
