Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

•Engage with prospective clients to deeply understand their identity verification needs and challenges, in conjunction with the Account Executive.
•Serve as the technical voice in client meetings, communicating the value and capabilities of IDVerse solutions.
•Align client requirements with the technical aspects of IDVerse’s solutions and define necessary configurations for implementation.
•Provide expert guidance on the implementation of IDVerse solutions in client environments and develop best practices for solution integration.
•Identify and capture new feature requests from clients and prepare technical reports to feed insights into the Go-To-Market process.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales or solution engineering role, preferably in identity verification or related industry.
• Must speak and write fluently in Mandarin and English.
• Ability to code, and read code in a variety of languages to explain design patterns and API flows to developers.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
