Job Summary

Provide technical leadership to improve asset reliability and performance management across AD Ports Group’s asset portfolios, ensuring alignment with ISO 55001, IAM guidelines, and SMRP best practices. Use Oracle Fusion and IBM Maximo Application Suite to analyze financial and operational data, monitor KPIs, and deliver performance reports. Conduct advanced reliability analyses (e.g., FMEA, RCA, Weibull) and lead the Asset Reliability & Performance team through coaching, goal setting, and evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement group-wide asset performance management procedures aligned with ISO 55001 and IAM guidelines.
•Review and analyze financial and operational asset data using Oracle Fusion and IBM Maximo Application Suite to provide performance insights.
•Monitor asset reliability KPIs and ensure high-quality asset data (hierarchies, workflows, failure codes, reporting structures).
•Conduct reliability analyses including FMEA, RCA, Weibull analysis, and criticality assessments; track metrics like MTBF/MTTR.
•Lead, coach, and develop the Asset Reliability & Performance Management team, setting goals and conducting evaluations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
•CMRP Certification and IAM Certificate.
•Minimum 10-12 years of experience in the same or similar role.
•Experience in asset management, asset performance management, reliability engineering, or maintenance planning.
•Field experience in asset-intensive sectors (ports, logistics, utilities, manufacturing, oil and gas, or transportation) with coordination/management experience.
