  • •Develop and lead a high-performing team while delivering hydropower projects internationally.
  • •Serve as program manager, project manager, or technical lead, directing teams and focusing on client communication and delivery.
  • •Lead major proposals and pursue hydropower projects by engaging clients and stakeholders.
  • •Support hydropower business strategy using market trends and identify opportunities within the business line and adjacent sectors.
  • •Coordinate multi-disciplinary design and lead verification on reports including technical feasibility and design reports; mentor less senior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •BEng (Hons) degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Environmental).
  • •Chartered status or actively working towards chartership.
  • •Background in civil, electrical, mechanical, environmental, or project management experience in the hydropower sector with strong technical competence.
  • •Experience leading hydropower work across one or more areas: hydroelectric design (conventional and pumped storage), hydroelectric construction, or hydroelectric commissioning.
  • •Experience developing teams and working with clients and collaborators internationally.
