Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on ready mix trucks and heavy construction equipment.
  • •Diagnose complex mechanical issues and deliver effective solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
  • •Dismantle, rebuild, and maintain equipment; conduct parts examinations for wear and damage.
  • •Replace and overhaul major components such as engines, transmissions, motors, and hydraulic systems.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required; an associate’s degree or technical certification in heavy equipment maintenance is a plus.
  • •Minimum 3–6 months of hands-on experience with heavy equipment maintenance (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Preferred: ASE certifications and a valid CDL (A or B) with a clean driving record.
  • •18 years or older and able to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
  • •Comfort with safety compliance (OSHA/MSHA) and willingness to work nights/weekends and travel as needed.
