•Provide trusted financial advice and help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
•Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking solutions via app and ATMs, and collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for complex needs.
•Conduct outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups, maintaining compliance with all relevant policies.
•Build lasting relationships with customers through effective questioning, needs identification and solution recommendations.
•Support branch operations with cash handling and adherence to state and local regulations.

Key Requirements

•High School degree or GED required.
•2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.

•Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
