Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, development, and implementation of end-to-end RMA and reverse logistics processes across IDCs to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • •Manage warehouse day-to-day operations including inbound, outbound, RMA, transfers, and stock takes.
  • •Drive self-warranty, retrofit, refurbishment, and reverse logistics processes; influence hardware replacement cadence for data center launches.
  • •Standardize and document processes (SOPs, guidelines, control points) to improve transparency, compliance, and repeatability.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally (logistics, procurement, quality, finance) to optimize reverse logistics, spare parts management, and inventory reconciliation; monitor key return and inventory metrics and support risk management and improvement projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, and/or commercial field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •3+ years’ experience in reverse logistics, particularly decommissioning and RMA-related work.
  • •Proven global supply chain operations experience in hyperscaler environments.
  • •Knowledge of data centers and strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • •Experience with process documentation, SOP development, and system integration; strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
