Job Summary

Consultatively engage with B2B SaaS customers to diagnose, restructure, and optimize Airtable environments. You’ll analyze data modeling, automation design, and interfaces, using AI capabilities to accelerate solutions, and communicate architectural changes and business impact to diverse stakeholders. You’ll stay current with platform evolution and collaborate with product/engineering to scale customer success.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct customer calls to diagnose structural and architectural issues in Airtable environments, assessing data modeling, linked record strategy, automation design, and interface configuration.
•Restructure and rebuild bases by demonstrating better alternatives to ensure scalability, performance, and expanded capabilities.
•Frame recommendations around business impact, tying architectural decisions to customer workflow outcomes.
•Identify opportunities to expand platform usage, including automation workflows, user persona interfaces, and AI-enabled enhancements.
•Surface recurring architectural growth patterns and feed insights back to product, engineering, and support teams.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in a consultative, customer-facing technical role in a B2B SaaS environment (solutions consulting, technical support, customer engineering, or equivalent).
•Strong understanding of relational data modeling and the ability to restructure a customer’s environment with purpose.
•Experience with APIs, webhooks, and scripting; familiarity with automation logic and workflow design.
•Ability to lead calls and guide customers through live problem solving and fixes.
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor explanations to both non-technical and highly technical stakeholders.
