Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall leadership and performance ownership for the Inspection Center.
  • •Lead strategic planning to meet future demand and set facility direction.
  • •Manage production planning, capacity, and weekly performance review meetings; resolve issues impacting performance.
  • •Oversee people processes including hiring support, bench building, training/certification, feedback, and mentoring reconditioning managers.
  • •Lead and support continuous improvement events and efforts; hold teams accountable for results.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing, leading multiple work groups.
  • •Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.

  • •Proven track record of leading and developing associates and delivering project metrics.
  • •Ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced production environment with occasional exposure to heat/cold.
