Key Responsibilities

  • •Turn business requirements into scalable technical solutions with functional and business stakeholders.
  • •Evaluate and design integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and event-driven approaches.
  • •Guide development teams through design reviews, best-practice oversight, and code quality support while staying hands-on with validation.
  • •Create and maintain technical documentation, including ERDs, sequence diagrams, data mappings, and architecture blueprints, and support effort estimation and architecture advice for pre-sales.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of client-facing consulting experience focused on Salesforce architecture and solution design.
  • •8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud (Salesforce MuleSoft; Marketing Cloud is good to have).
  • •Strong system integration expertise, including RESTful APIs, middleware platforms, and batch and real-time interfaces.
  • •Fluency in Arabic and English, with ability to present technical rationale to business and IT stakeholders.
  • •Salesforce certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and at least one Salesforce Architect domain certification (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect).
