Job Summary

Own SEO-driven content strategy and execution to scale the content engine. You’ll analyze SERPs and generative outputs to find content gaps and high-impact formats, write, edit, publish, and optimize long-form content, and build topical and generative authority. Work with AI tools and internal teams, repurpose content across Medium and Dev.to, engage developer communities, and drive measurable results through partnerships and backlink acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct keyword research, SERP analysis, and generative engine analysis to identify content gaps and search intent.
•Write, edit, publish, and optimize long-form SEO content to build topical and generative authority across priority themes.
•Repurpose and distribute content across Medium, Dev.to, and relevant third-party platforms.
•Engage in relevant subreddits and turn community insights into content opportunities.
•Identify and execute third-party partnerships and outreach/guest placements to earn high-quality backlinks; track and improve backlink performance.

Key Requirements

•2–5 years of hands-on long-form SEO content writing experience (internships/freelance included).
•Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals including search intent, topical authority, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
•Working knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-driven content discoverability.
•Proven experience driving content partnerships and earning backlinks through outreach.
•Fluency in AI-assisted content workflows using LLMs to scale ideation, creation, and optimization.
