Job Summary

Provide on-site application support to customers’ technical teams and act as the primary liaison between Product Engineering, R&D, and customer contacts. Own customer requirements intake and regular check-ins, debug and optimize solutions for advanced technology nodes, and drive customer project progress. Manage customer cases in JIRA, coordinate technical feedback delivery, run on-site training, and report weekly status updates. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide on-site application support to customers’ technical teams and build strong relationships with key customer contacts.
•Hold regular meetings with customers and communicate critical customer requirements back to the company.
•Deliver on-site support at customer locations; analyze issues and provide timely technical solutions.
•Serve as the communication bridge among Product Engineering, R&D teams, and customers; report customer technical requirements and issues to these teams.
•Debug and optimize solutions for advanced technology nodes, manage customer cases in JIRA, coordinate technical feedback, conduct on-site training, and track weekly project progress.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree or above in Physics, Optics, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
•Solid knowledge of Optical Proximity Correction (OPC) and lithography technologies.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
•Excellent communication, planning, organizational, collaboration, and project leadership capabilities.
•Fluent English communication skills; mask design/manufacturing, physical layout design, and wafer processing experience is highly preferred.
