Job Summary

Join a 12-month TMG Development program for new college graduates and build your foundation in semiconductor manufacturing processing. You’ll support continuous production by performing lot and equipment dispositions in a high-volume 300mm wafer fab, troubleshoot process and equipment sources, and help ramp new equipment/processes through startup and experiments (SWRs). You’ll also participate in data analysis and problem resolution to improve cycle time and flow.

•Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous production flow and minimize cycle time in a high-volume 300mm wafer fab running Analog Technologies.
•Identify systematic problems in process or equipment-related sources and communicate findings continuously to engineering staff.
•Support manufacturing ramp by executing equipment/process startup and process experiments (SWRs).
•Participate in data analysis and problem resolution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering or a related field.
•Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
•Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
