  • •Serve as a subject matter expert and oversee the service catalog, owning technical strategy and rallying the team to execute it.
  • •Coordinate with project managers/scrum masters for transparent project communications, including timelines, resource needs, risk management, and status reporting.
  • •Drive continuous improvement and modernization to deliver new services and improve delivery efficiency for future customer demands.

  • •Hands-on enterprise database and middleware experience, including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server, plus platforms such as WebLogic for on-prem and cloud environments.
  • •Experience modernizing service delivery practices using standardization, automation, and emerging technologies (including AI).
