Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direction, resourcing, and decisions to implement governance management systems (ISO22000, GFPS, Zero Harm, and environmental sustainability).
  • •Identify and mitigate operating risks in manufacturing site operations to protect brands, people, and company reputation.
  • •Conduct internal auditing of site facilities and operations to identify/quantify risks and drive robust action plans.
  • •Lead governance strategies and improvements for Safety, Quality, Food Safety, and Environmental critical metrics, including tracking and reporting.
  • •Lead and develop a team of Governance Professionals and embed management systems to meet ISO 9000/FSSC 22000 requirements while partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver projects.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years governance experience in beverages, food, packaging, or a related industry.
  • •In-depth knowledge of management systems and risk management in food/CPG production, including identification, assessment, control, crisis management, and business recovery planning.
  • •4-year Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a relevant physical science or engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • •Leadership of management systems across Quality and Assurance with experience in FSSC 22K and ISO 9001 (preferred).
  • •Strong knowledge of statistical process control and governance program interfaces across supply/demand.
