Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage operations teams, including supervisors and field personnel, to execute daily activities safely.
  • •Oversee operations of pipelines, processing plants, compressor stations, terminals, or related facilities within an assigned region.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • •Drive incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Manage operating budgets, track costs, optimize without compromising safety/reliability, and coordinate maintenance planning and execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • •8+ years of progressive Operations experience in the oil & gas industry.
  • •Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of oil & gas operations, including pipelines, processing plants, or field operations.
  • •Ability to lead field-based teams and manage operational performance across multiple locations.
