Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare weekly cashflow reporting to ensure adequate funds are in place.
  • •Prepare and complete weekly payments for various entities in Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
  • •Identify VAT invoices for payment and work with the Tax Accountant to ensure payment.
  • •Create payment orders in relevant internet banking platforms or the Trax payment tool and coordinate with approvers for timely release.
  • •Perform monthly bank reconciliation and prepare Customs, VAT & WHT payments in EPR systems and banking platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math or Business.
  • •Fluent Azerbaijani, intermediate English and Russian.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office.
  • •Have internships or experience in accounting.
  • •Ability to support preparatory and closing activities across cash, banking, and reporting areas.
