Senior Client and Operation Manager

Lead Business Energy direct sales and partner service operations, reporting to the Head of Business Energy Sales. Oversee onsite and outsourced delivery across the UK, including wellbeing, scheduling, performance management, and compliance. Drive governance and day-to-day performance of providers and sales partners, own sales outcomes and pipeline health, and manage financial and headcount budgets. Deliver continuous improvement to reduce cost-to-serve while growing revenue, volume, and margin.
