Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Business Unit accounting team and oversee day-to-day accounting activities, month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • •Review financial statements, supporting schedules, and accounting analyses to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • •Provide guidance on technical accounting matters and application of company accounting policies and GAAP.
  • •Maintain and strengthen internal controls, including SOX compliance, and coordinate internal and external audits.
  • •Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and finance transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, or controllership experience.

  • •Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • •Experience supporting multiple lines of business and operating locations preferred.
