Maintenance Supervisor (QA)

Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repair work for electrical, plumbing, ventilation, HVAC, and other building outlet systems to ensure safe, uninterrupted operations. Lead and supervise maintenance teams, manage breakdowns, and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to eliminate downtime. Monitor equipment deficiencies, inspect for safety hazards, maintain stocked tools and parts, and ensure compliance with safety, security, Standard Operating Procedures, and Quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and support team training and skills development.
