Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage each allocated customer job in a timely manner.
  • •Clear incoming and outgoing air and sea freight shipments in accordance with terms and schedules.
  • •Perform VCC corrections by coordinating with customs authorities, raising tickets, and resolving time-critical issues.
  • •Verify original shipping documents, ensure correct HS Code classification, and support duty/tax calculation for processing Bayan.
  • •Manage job registration and updates in EDI Cargo Wise, handle invoicing and electronic documents, and prepare daily reporting dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of Saudi customs regulations, GCC tariff codes, HS code classification, and import/export procedures.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with SAP or ERP/logistics systems.
  • •3–5 years of experience in customs brokerage in a similar industry.
  • •Valid Saudi Customs Broker License or accreditation from the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
  • •Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
