Job Summary

Support PMO activities for Ground-to-Air Network & Naval defense communications programs, working closely with project managers, Work Package Managers, and the business controller. Own project cost control (budgets, variance analysis, expenses), build baselines and WBS/OBS using Primavera, manage schedules with MSP/PERT/critical path, and drive reporting, risk/opportunity follow-up with Giro, and subcontractor/partner tracking for complex multimillion-euro projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform project cost management: consolidate budgets, analyze variances, track spend, and update remaining work with responsible parties and Program Managers.
•Structure and plan activities, milestones, and resources in the workload plan; create baselines with Primavera and build WBS/OBS and lot documentation.
•Manage project planning using tools (MSP, PERT, critical path) to ensure accurate tracking.
•Drive control and reporting: detect variances, prevent cost and schedule drifts, analyze root causes, and propose solutions.
•Manage risks and opportunities (update R&O register in Giro), and track subcontractors/partners including procurement, invoices, and stocks.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of experience in project management (in a technical context).
•Engineering degree or Bac+5 (Ingénieur/Bac+5).
•Knowledge of project management tools such as MSP and Primavera, and ability to work with numbers.
•Comfort with PM techniques and structured planning/deliverables (e.g., baselines, planning, WBS/OBS).
•Curiosity, rigor, proactivity, and strong teamwork and information-sharing capabilities.
